Brian Teske

President and Designated Broker

Brian is the President of Casita Capital Realty. Brian formed the company in 2018 to pursue his passion in commercial real estate by giving him the freedom to pursue structuring all types of commercial real estate transactions from a client first prospective on the finance and investment side of deals. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM) as well as a Certified Property Manager Designation (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a licensed real estate broker and commercial loan broker in the state of Arizona. Brian is also actively involved in both the Urban Land Institute and the local CCIM Arizona Chapter being a member of the 2020 board as the Legislative Chair. In addition to his background in real estate finance, Brian grew up working in his family’s multifamily business. Over the past few decades Brian’s family has been involved in the development and ownership of over 5,000 multifamily units in the valley. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Business.
